The District timeline is posted below. Due to the
girls swimming on Thursday,
which is a school day, Only the ones who qualified and the Seniors will be
excused from school that day to attend the District meet. If there
is anyone else
who still wants to go, your parents will need to call the school to excuse
you, and you
will need to provide your own transportation. There are 5 boys and 5
girls who
are qualified and they will be taken to the meet by Carla and Jeff via the Post
van.
There will be no bus transportation on either day.
For those who will be competing, we will meet at school at
the same place as the
as the normal bus pickup at 11:30 AM on Both Thursday and Friday.

Schedule
No swimmer or diver shall utilize the
facilities of the BGSU Cooper Pool 30
days prior to the District Meet, January
17th, 2006 –February 16th, 2006. Any
violation of this regulation will result
in the disqualification of the swimmer
and diver. This does not apply to any
team (or athlete) that uses Cooper Pool
as their regular practice site during
the season.
All divisions will follow the timeline
below with Division II Girls competing
on Thursday February 16th,
Division I Boys on Friday February 17th,
and Division I Girls on Saturday
February 18th.

Tournaments are qualifying
tournaments for the State

To enter a
State Tournament, one must first
qualify for that event in a District

Swim-offs are
required in case of a tie for a
qualifying position to the State
Tournament. |

In the event
of a swim-off for a qualifying
position at a District Tournament, a
swimmer, if disqualified, is
eligible for the points for the
District Tournament. The
disqualification shall be noted on
the District Tournament Results. |
